A clear list of what we need
Your private portal shows the links, files and account invitations still needed. We never ask you to paste passwords into a form.

Replace an underperforming site with one built to the standard sellers expect before the appraisal.
Included in the launch
We keep the details together: access, reviews, listings, forms, tracking and approvals. That means fewer delays and fewer loose ends.
Your private portal shows the links, files and account invitations still needed. We never ask you to paste passwords into a form.
New enquiries can go to an agreed email inbox, CRM, webhook or GoHighLevel account.
Your draft stays private while you review the copy, pages and forms, leave comments and approve the final version.
Choose your level
Some agents need a clean new website. Some need more appraisal enquiries. Others want to become better known across a wider local area. We recommend only what the business genuinely needs.
For agents whose old site needs to be replaced with a clean, seller-ready presence.
A seller-ready website you can send before the appraisal without hesitation.
For agents who want the new site to create appraisal confidence, not just look respectable.
The best starting point when seller enquiry needs to become easier and more believable.
For agents who want sellers to feel local authority before the appointment begins. Subject to territory availability.
Only one Market Authority site is built for a defined territory, so the local authority position is not sold twice.
Setup payment options
Upfront offers the lowest total setup cost. A 6- or 12-month option can be confirmed in the written proposal when available.
If a payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period before the site may be paused until the account is brought up to date. Ownership and transfer are available once the setup has been fully paid.
Optional extras
Faster follow-up, stronger suburb pages, market reports, and open home capture all have a place. They just do not all need to be day one decisions.
A branded property assistant that gives visitors a helpful first response, then hands serious conversations to you.
Seller enquiries sent quickly to an agreed inbox, webhook or CRM.
Open-home registration that quietly spots future sellers in the crowd without making the process feel clunky.
Extra pages that sound like you actually work in that suburb.
Local market updates that make your presence feel active and current between listings.
Polished campaign pages for listings where the vendor expects extra care and presentation.
Why it makes sense
If a seller is choosing between three agents, your online presence should not be the reason they hesitate. It should make you feel like the safer call.
Not sure where to start?
We will review the current site, explain what is holding it back, and recommend the simplest option that solves the problem.
Prices shown are indicative Australian dollars. GST treatment, final scope, payment terms, recurring services, ownership, cancellation and any territory protection are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Search rankings, enquiry volume and sales outcomes are not guaranteed.
