Website information
This website provides general information about The Agent Standard and its services. Submitting a form requests contact or a recommendation; it does not create a services contract.
Proposals and pricing
Website prices are indicative in Australian dollars. Any applicable GST, final scope, payment timing, recurring fees, cancellation terms and deliverables will be confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. That written agreement controls if it differs from this website.
Performance and third parties
We do not guarantee search rankings, enquiry volumes, sales, revenue or uninterrupted third-party services. Results depend on the market, offer, agent activity, approvals, available data, outside platforms and ongoing work.
Content, access and intellectual property
Clients must have authority to supply logos, photography, listings, reviews and account access. Ownership and licence terms for designs, code, copy, domains and third-party tools will be set out in the proposal. Passwords should never be sent through public forms.
Territory availability
Any territory protection applies only when its boundaries, duration and conditions are confirmed in a signed proposal. Website availability indicators are not a reservation or guarantee.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or interfere with its operation.
