We may collect your name, contact details, agency, market, website, property-enquiry context, project goals, source and campaign parameters, consent records, and limited technical request data used for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare recommendations or proposals, deliver agreed services, guide customers through their website build, communicate with you, improve the website, measure campaigns when analytics is available, and keep our services secure.
Service providers and overseas processing
We may use providers including Vercel, Supabase and an email-delivery provider such as Resend. These providers may process information outside Australia or New Zealand under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business records. We use access controls, protected server credentials and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal information, or ask us to stop non-essential communications, subject to applicable law and necessary record-keeping.
